All information about physicals and forms can be found on the FamilyID (Arbiter) website. 

 

 In order to participate in High School or Middle School Athletics you must register on FamilyID  (Arbiter) and submit a physical by August 1st.  

 

Once you have created an account in FamilyID (Arbiter), look for our program under the name: Roselle Park School District.

 

Be sure to submit an updated Physical Form to the school nurse.

 

If you participated in a Fall or Winter Sport, check Genesis under the Athletics section or with your school nurse to confirm you have a valid physical on file.
